Our Charity 

• We are a small charity registered with the Charity Commission (No: 12058129) and also with HMRC for the receipt of gift-aid.
• We support girls and young women in Tanzania, one of the poorest 10% of all the world’s countries.
• We further the full-time education of local girls from the poorest families who cannot afford to attend a secondary school. We pay their school fees.
• For girls who qualify for sixthform and tertiary education, we pay their fees and award maintenance grants. Continuing their education beyond secondary school is important to us, so local girls widen their opportunities, improve their self-worth, aim to reach their potential and lead more fulfilling lives.
• Each year we fund more girls from local primary schools into secondary education. We are currently funding the education of girls across secondary, sixthform and into tertiary education.  We are aiming to further expand our provision of support.
